Shipping

You get free shipping in France for orders over 200 €, over 300 € in European Union and over 400 € for the rest of the world. Deliveries are made by Colissimo against signature, Colissimo at a pick-up point for France and by DHL Express against signature for the rest of the world, generally between 3 and 5 working days.

Returns and refund

You have 14 days to return your purchase for a refund.

Any return application must have been previously declared through the withdrawal form.

The only return of the good without any declaration or the refusal to admit the delivery will not suffy in order to express your will to withdraw.

It is understood that the customer will bear the costs of returning the product in the event of withdrawal. The customer is recommended to make the return using a solution that allows tracking of the package. Otherwise, if the returned package does not reach the seller, it will not be possible to launch an investigation with the postal services in order to ask them to locate the latter.

The refund will be made using the same means of payement as that chosen by the customer for the initial transaction.

Caring advice

Luj jewels are made of gold-plated brass, 18 karats and with a 3 micron thickness. Since all our fine stones are natural, their shape and color may differ.

To preserve the sheen of your jewelry from the wear of time, you need to avoid contact with water, perfume, cosmetics and chemical products. It is also advised not to wear your jewelry during sleep or sport. Make sure that you store your jewelry individually, away from light and friction, in the pouch that we gave you.

Luj jewellery is made of 14-carat gold. Our natural stones are unique, as they have their own characteristics: brilliance, colour, weight, shape and size. Each stone is individually cut by a lapidary, and any “defects” are removed. Thus each of our models is unique.
