The estimated delivery time for ordered products is generally 2 to 3 business days.
Any applicable customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns and refund
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Consumer Client has a period of fourteen (14) business days from the date of receipt of the Product to withdraw from the purchase. The Client must return any Product that does not meet their expectations and request an exchange or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs, within fourteen days from the date Luj receives the refund request.
All return requests must be submitted in advance via the withdrawal form.
Simply returning the item without a declaration or refusing delivery does not constitute a valid withdrawal request.
The Client is responsible for the return shipping costs in the event of withdrawal. It is recommended that the Client uses a tracked shipping method with signature confirmation. Otherwise, if the returned package does not reach the Seller, no postal investigation can be conducted to locate it, and consequently, no refund will be issued.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the initial transaction.

Caring advice
To maintain the brilliance of your jewelry over time, avoid contact with water, perfume, cosmetics, and chemicals. It is also recommended not to wear your jewelry while sleeping or during sports activities. Store each piece individually, away from light and humidity, in the provided pouches.
Patina may fade over time, which is a natural result of wear and will depend on how well your jewelry is maintained.
Luj jewelry is crafted from 14-carat gold. Our natural gemstones are unique, each possessing its own distinct characteristics such as brilliance, color, weight, shape, and size. Each stone is individually cut by a lapidary, meaning small natural imperfections may be present. This ensures that every piece in our collection is truly one of a kind.
Customer service
The legal warranty for conformity and hidden defects is valid only upon presentation of the purchase invoice. It does not apply in cases of misuse, lack of maintenance (see Care Instructions), or normal wear and tear of the item.
Beyond this warranty, Luj Paris will do its best to assist you by offering a repair service for your jewelry in our Parisian workshops, based on a quotation.
