Your jewelry is guaranteed 1 year for any fault on the fabrication.

The guarantee will only be effective with the purchase bill, and will not apply in case of bad uses, neglect of care or normal deterioration of the article.

Past the guarantee’s validity, Luj Paris will try and do the maximum to satisfy you by offering, based on a quote, the restoration of your jewelry in our Parisian workshops.

Before sending the product, we invite you to send an email to info@lujparis.com, with the customer service form and the picture of the jewel along with its purchase bill.

Caring advice

Luj jewels are made of gold-plated brass, 18 karats and with a 3 micron thickness. Since all our fine stones are natural, their shape and color may differ.

To preserve the sheen of your jewelry from the wear of time, you need to avoid contact with water, perfume, cosmetics and chemical products. It is also advised not to wear your jewelry while you during sleep or sport. Make sure that you store your jewelry individually, away from light and friction, in the pouch that we gave you.

Service après-vente

Vos bijoux sont garantis 1 an pour tout défaut de fabrication.

La garantie ne sera effective que sur présentation de la facture d’achat, et ne s’appliquera pas en cas de mauvaises utilisations, négligence d’entretien (cf. Conseil d’entretien) ou usure normale de l’article.

Au-delà de cette garantie, Luj Paris s’efforcera de faire son maximum pour vous satisfaire en vous proposant, sur devis, la remise en état de vos bijoux dans nos ateliers parisiens.

Avant de nous envoyer le produit, nous vous invitons à nous envoyer par e-mail à info@lujparis.com, avec le formulaire de SAV et la photo du bijou accompagnée de sa facture d’achat.

Conseil d’entretien

Les bijoux Luj sont en laiton plaqué or 18 carats de 3 microns d’épaisseur. Toutes nos pierres fines sont naturelles ce qui explique que leurs formes et couleurs peuvent varier.

Afin de préserver l’éclat de vos bijoux de l’usure du temps, il est nécessaire d’éviter le contact avec l’eau, le parfum, les cosmétiques et les produits chimiques. Il est également déconseillé de les porter pour dormir ou faire du sport. Veillez à les ranger individuellement à l’abri de la lumière et des frottements dans les pochons qui les accompagnent.

Les frais de livraison sont offerts pour la France, à partir de 200 € pour l’Union Européenne et 300 € pour le reste du Monde.

You get free shipping for an order from 100€ in France 200€ in European Union and 300€ abroad.

Deliveries are made by Colissimo against signature, Colissimo at a pick-up point for France and the European Union and by UPS for the rest of the world, generally between 3 and 5 working days.
